I get up eat a chocolate chip fiber bar 140 Calories and a water. Then for a snack before lunch a banana or a apple(1oo or less cal), then for lunch a lean Quizeen or smart one.(240 to350 ) Then a snack of 2o pretzel stickes 100 cal. Then for dinner any small grilled meat or sauteed, corn on the cobb , green beans and a small baked pot. Im at about 650 so my dinner can be 550. It is a great way to stick to a diet to eat the same way every day.. I go out on weekends for dinner only i eat a steak, salad with ov dressing and a plain bp. I even have a roll. Its working for me i loose weight every week. To tone and burn caolories the best way for me is to just get it over with so i do 30 day shread by Julian Micheals its 20 min and done, I love it it does kick butt …
